Description

Rhododendron Unique is a widely grown rhododendron easily recognised by the rounded, deep green, shiny leaves. Peach buds open to creamy white tubular flowers with a pink and yellow flush in May.  Unique’ is a fairly slow growing plant, eventually reaching a height of 1.5m in 10 years. 

Where to Plant

Plant full sun to partial shade for best results, sandy, loam soil types, slightly acidic. Remember to water during dry spells as they like well-drained soil – which does not mean dry! Don’t let them sit in water for long periods of time as their roots will rot – they like water, but not to be sitting in water!
