Standard Shipping Rate (UK Mainland) : 10-14  Working Days

ScotPlants Direct offers a contact-free delivery service throughout the UK mainland. We will also provide delivery to areas such as Highlands and Isle of Wight etc., but the delivery charges will alter based on area, and the lead time may vary. 

Please contact us if you would like to receive specific details on availability and delivery times before placing your order. Please note that bare root plants may be delayed or take up to 14 working days, as they are of high demand and are dependent on appropriate lifting times. 

We will do our upmost best to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

 

Scotplants Direct - Returns & Refunds Summary

At Scotplants Direct, we want you to be happy with your order. Below is a quick guide to our returns and refunds process. For full details, please see our complete Returns Policy.

Plants & Trees (Perishable Goods)

- Cancel before your order is processed for a full refund.

- Check plants on arrival — if damaged or faulty, let us know within 1 working day.

- Once planted or accepted after inspection, plants cannot be returned.

- Surplus plants may not always be returnable — contact us within 1 working day.

 

Special Orders (Sourced Goods)

- Non-refundable once preparation has begun.

- If faulty or damaged, contact us within 1 working day for a refund.

 

Accessories & Garden Products (Non-Perishable Goods)

- Cancel within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.

- Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and return postage is your responsibility (unless faulty).

 

Refunds

- Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.

- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

If you wish to make a claim under our Plant Guarantee, please provide the following information to help us assess the issue and offer the best resolution:

  • At least 3 clear images of the affected plants, including:
    • The full planting area or row
    • The surrounding environment
    • A close-up of the failed plants
  • Details of how the plants were planted, including any products used (e.g. Rootgrow, fertiliser)
  • Your watering regime since planting

We aim to respond to all claims within 7 days.

Please note, under our Plant Guarantee, we will offer like-for-like replacements or a credit to the value of the plants. Delivery charges will apply to any replacement orders.
