Plants didn’t arrive 90-120cm tall, they where alot smaller. Very young plants in comparison to the photos and what I expected. On top of this a few were damaged, possibly in transit. Delivery late but was because they held it back due to the heatwave which was good and in the best interest of the plants at the time. I did have to call up a few times to get this information though as the company hadn’t communicated this to me. I called asking where they were and was told emails had gone out to me regarding the delay in delivery but nothing received. I also was told they’d contact me when they’re out for delivery, which also didnt happen. They where on my drive one day when i got home from work. Overall I’m dissapointed if im honest as we spent £550 on laurels. I wouldn’t order from ScotPlants direct in the future.
