Acers

Japanese Maples (Acers) are small deciduous trees known for their graceful habit and spectacular autumn colour, and unusual leaf shapes.  Varieties with the name 'palmatum' have leaves that are hand-like shaped and varieties of the dissectum family have fine, deeply cut foliage with an almost feathery appearance.  Acers are native to Japan and China and have a beautiful dome like growth habit when mature, perfect for that special spot in the garden or container.
