Description

​The white birch tree has an upright growing habit, dense crown and has a presence that cannot be touched by other birch trees.  The Betula birch tree has a striking reverence with its dark green leaves contrasting beautifully with the white bark in the summer, and golden tones in the autumn.  A shallow rooting tree, plant full sun for best colour show, to partial shade, well-draining, moist soil.  Himalayan Birch trees can be planted as stand-alone specimen or in groups for a more awesome effect.  They are very hardy with  height about 4-8m tall with ultimate height about 18m in 10-20 years.
