Description
Rhododendron Lord Roberts bears stunning deep red funnel shaped flowers with a dark throat contrasted with deep green, crinkled edge leaf May to June. Impressive rhododendron with an upright growing habit useful to block a view, hedging or as a specimen for all gardens. Lord Roberts is considered one of the toughest and hardiest red flowering rhododendrons. Slow growing with eventual height and spread 1.5m in 10 years.
Where to Plant
Plant full sun to partial shade, well draining, slightly acidic soil. Water well during dry weather. Awarded RHS Award of Garden Merit.
