Description
Mereganser is a small, neat compact shrub with an upright growth habit producing small trusses of funnel – shaped, pale primrose yellow flowers 3cm wide. Ideal for any garden, especially the small gardens, patio / containers, borders, and beds, banks slopes, hedging and screening. Ultimate height and spread – 1m x 1m in 10-20 years. Plant partial shade, well drained acidic soil.
Where to Plant
Plant in moist, well drained acidic soil. Shallow planting is essential as deep planting will not be tolerated. Merganser does not like too much fertiliser. Awarded RHS Award of Garden Merit.
