Syringa Vulgaris - (Lilac) Charles Joly
Charles Joly is known as the common lilac, is an old fashioned classic. Produces numerous, smaller panicles of deep magenta fragrant flowers that open from purple buds in May and June. Charles Joly is an upright deciduous shrub / tree, excellent as a single specimen.
Where to Plant
Prefers full sun, well drained, slightly acidic soil. Medium growth reaching 12' tall in time. Supplied 40cm tall, 5 Litre Pot Grown, 40cm tall and ready to plant
