Commonly known as ‘Firethorn’. Thorny evergreen Red Column hedging plants with a dense twiggy habit with heavy white scented flowers in late spring followed by copious red fruit persisting into the winter. Red Pyracantha plants are ideal for its prickly intruder deterrent qualities with its long spines making this a perfect hedge plant. It has a dense upright habit and is a tough, hardy plant, quick growing and tolerates most soil conditions. Plant full sun to partial shade, well draining soil. Plant 3 per metre for maximum density. Ultimate height about 5-6ft tall Supplied 30-40 cm tall, POT GROWN for year round planting.
