The Wood Planter Box is Handcrafted without nails, staples or screws but wooden dowls strategically placed to support the construction of the box.   Green Oak is freshly cut timber from sustainable Scottish Woodlands and due to the tannin content in oak it requires no preservative material.  Over time the planter will develop character due to the material drying out, however this will not effect the integrity of the planter.  The colour will over time develop to a pleasant silver grey colour.
