BlueRay is an old favourite yet versatile variety performing well in areas with very cold winters and hot summers. Blueray produces high quality large berries with a full classic French flavour making them outstanding dessert flavoured berries! The stunning rosy pink flowers turn bright when in full bloom with bright red, yellow stems in winter. Blue gold is a mid season producer, growing 4-6ft spreading habit with heavy yields.  Supplied 30-40cm pot grown, 2 year old plants ready to plant!

Top Tip:  Locate your blueberry bushes in an area where irrigation water is available as best results will be obtained by keeping the root area moist throughout the growing season.  Where the soil is poor or drainage is poor, raised beds 3-4 feet wide and 8-12 inches high work very well for blueberries.  Proper preparation of the soil will make great crops year after year - see PLANTING AND CARE FOR BLUEBERRIES
